As an Associate Account Manager with a focus on administrative duties, you will be responsible for providing essential support to the account management team, ensuring smooth operations and contributing to the overall success of client relationships. Your organizational skills and attention to detail will be critical in maintaining high levels of client satisfaction and supporting the department's business objectives.

This is a hybrid position (2x per week) in either our Atlanta, GA, Phoenix, AZ or Irvine, CA office.

Job Duties:
  • Client Communication: Handle routine client inquiries and communications, ensuring timely and accurate responses that adhere to team SLAs
  • Data Management: Maintain and update client records in the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
  • Documentation: Prepare and organize documents, and other materials for client meetings and internal use.
  • Coordination: Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and resolved in a timely manner.
  • Support Initiatives: Assist in the planning and execution of client engagement initiatives and events.
  • Problem Resolution:  Address and resolve client issues, working closely with internal teams to implement solutions.

Skills and Qualifications:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a client facing role preferably within administration, operations, account management or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to handle client interactions professionally.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools to manage client data and track performance.
  • Ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and systems.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business, Administration, or a related field is preferred.
