Senior Account Manager
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Account Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships, driving growth through cross-sell and upsell opportunities, generating referrals, and acting as a champion for our company’s values and services. Your expertise and proactive approach will be critical in enhancing client satisfaction and achieving our business objectives customers.
This is a hybrid role (working 2x per week) in either our Phoenix, AZ or Irvine, CA office.
Job Duties:
- Serve as the primary relationship manager for assigned clients, understanding their needs and aligning them with the company's products and services
- Act as the client's advocate within the company, ensuring a high level of service and satisfaction
- Develop strategic account plans to ensure revenue growth, retention, and overall client success.
- Identify opportunities for customers to expand their product utilization and assist customers with adoption of unused or new features. Identify risks within your customer portfolio, and implement risk mitigation strategies.
- Identify opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling our products and services to existing customers, with a focus on meeting or exceeding quota targets.
- Proactively present new solutions and services to meet evolving client needs, maximizing revenue potential.
- Leverage satisfied clients to generate referrals and expand our customer base.
- Build a network of advocates within client organizations to champion the company’s solutions.
- Regularly review client performance, usage, and satisfaction levels to address any concerns or improvement opportunities
- Conduct business reviews with clients to ensure alignment with their business goals and showcase the value provided by the company.
- Assist the customer with adopting new or unused features within the product.
- Act as a trusted advisor and advocate for the company’s products and services, promoting their value to key decision-makers within client organizations.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the company’s offerings and industry trends to effectively communicate benefits to clients.
- Work closely with sales, marketing, product, and support teams to ensure the delivery of an excellent client experience.
- Provide feedback from clients to internal teams to help improve products, services, and processes.
- 5-7 years of experience in account management, sales, or customer success
- Experience in Dental SaaS
- Proven track record of success in cross-selling, upselling, and driving revenue growth within existing accounts.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Experience conducting account reviews and business analysis to provide strategic recommendations.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- High level of initiative, accountability, and the ability to work independently
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
