Senior Account Executive
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Account Executive to drive new business growth within our organization. The Senior Account Executive will be responsible for managing and developing strategic sales plans, strong focus on building and maintaining client relationships, driving revenue growth, and contributing to the overall success of the sales department and the company.
This is a hybrid role (working 2x per week) in either our Phoenix, AZ, Irvine, CA or Atlanta, GA offices.
Job Duties
- Lead the development and execution of strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Meets or exceeds organizational key performance indicators, sales targets, and quotas. Monitors sales performance and redirects efforts when goals are not being met.
- Champions change efforts to increase sales effectiveness, negotiates with customers at the highest level, and finds ways to leverage current footprint to target accounts for higher level access to decision makers.
- Share best practices, provide support, and foster a collaborative and high-performance sales culture.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, as well as through prospecting, networking, and strategic relationship-building to expand the client base and increase revenue streams.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement targeted sales strategies, campaigns, and account-specific initiatives to drive awareness, demand, and cross-selling opportunities.
- Conduct high-level product demonstrations, presentations, and negotiations with key stakeholders to secure and expand business opportunities, as well as to showcase the value and benefits of our offerings.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitive activities to identify opportunities for growth and potential threats and provide insights and recommendations to the leadership team.
- Utilize CRM software to track and manage sales activities, pipeline, and customer information, ensuring accurate and timely reporting of sales activities and forecasts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, customer success, and product development, to ensure a seamless customer experience, alignment of sales efforts with company objectives, and the successful execution of client initiatives.
- 5-7 Years of experience in a senior-level sales role, key account management, or a related position.
- Proven experience selling SaaS solutions; dental or healthcare SaaS preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, marketing, or a related field or equivalent experience
- Strong leadership, negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships. .
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Proficient in using CRM software, Microsoft Office suite, Product demo URL’s, and other relevant sales and productivity tools.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for required annual sales summit and dental conferences.
