Senior Project Manager
We are looking for a skilled and proactive Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of customer-facing onboarding projects. This role will be responsible for managing the end-to-end onboarding process for new customers, ensuring successful project delivery and a seamless transition into our services. The ideal candidate will have strong project management expertise, exceptional organizational skills, and a customer-centric approach. This position plays a critical role in building customer confidence and laying the foundation for long-term success and satisfaction.
*This is a hybrid position working 2x per week in our Atlanta, GA office (115 Perimeter Center Place, Atlanta, GA 30346)
Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage onboarding projects from initiation through completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Develop detailed project plans, define clear milestones, and monitor progress to keep projects on track.
• Guide customers through the onboarding journey, ensuring they have a positive experience and understand key steps, deliverables, and timelines.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency throughout the onboarding process.
• Identify potential project risks early, develop mitigation plans, and resolve issues as they arise to ensure successful project delivery.
• Provide strong leadership to project teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Oversee financial aspects of projects, including budgeting, cost tracking, and financial reporting to ensure optimal resource allocation and project profitability.
• Leverage existing processes and collateral when available, and create new content as needed to support onboarding activities.
• Coach and mentor team members, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their professional goals and enhance their performance.
• Drive customer conversations and activities around organizational change management initiatives to ensure smooth adoption of new processes and technologies by customers and internal teams.
• Maintain a strong focus on customer satisfaction, continuously seeking feedback and adjusting to enhance the onboarding experience and meet customer needs.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP) preferred.
• 5-7+ years of experience in project management, preferably in a customer-facing role within technology, SaaS, or professional services.
• Demonstrated success in managing multiple, concurrent projects with a customer focus.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and handle customer concerns with professionalism.
• Proficiency with project management tools and methodologies, and familiarity with CRM and collaboration tools.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
• Proven experience in financial project management, including budgeting, cost tracking, and financial reporting.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve project goals.
• Experience in coaching and mentoring team members, helping them to develop their skills and advance their careers.
• Knowledge of organizational change management principles and practices, with the ability to drive successful change initiatives.
• Commitment to customer satisfaction, with a track record of delivering projects that meet or exceed customer expectations.
